The location is restaurant/ bar/club called NorthByNorthWest - NXNW - in the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. The 'hood looks just like the crowd. All kinds of people, all cultures.
The music was a mixtape. The original is "Ain't no stopping us now" by McFadden and Whitehead. I don't know who is 'mixed' on top of that, but you hear just a bit of the instrumental intro to "Ain't no stopping us now"
I was there and we had a slammin' good time. Most of us had worked our asses off for the 4-day GOTV weekend. It was a very good day!
Shout out to "NorthWest Philly for Change!"
